You may reserve your room(s) online or by phone for the AOHC Fall Conference. Registrants are responsible for making their own hotel reservations.

The deadline to receive the conference room rate is Sunday, August 30, 2026, at 11:59 PM.

An Exciting Travel Assistance Opportunity:

Travel assistance is available through the CDC Workforce Development Grant. Eligible attendees may receive assistance for either one (1) hotel room night during their stay OR up to $200 in mileage reimbursement at $.58/mile.

To receive hotel grant assistance, your room must be booked at the Embassy Suites Dublin within the AOHC room block by August 30, 2026.
