Fall Conference Planning and Salary Survey Committees Call for Volunteers

If you're health commissioner or administrator of a local health department in Ohio, we're asking for you or your designee to help us plan. Both of these are relatively short time commitments.

Fall Conference Planning Committee – from Shelia Hiddleson

It’s once again time to begin planning the program for our Annual Fall Conference, to be held Monday, September 16 through Wednesday, September 18, 2019. As Vice President of the AOHC Board, it is my job to chair the Planning Committee – I need your help to assure a great conference for all who attend:

• Do you have ideas for topics? Email them to me or Penny at AOHC!
• Are you willing to serve on the Planning Committee? The first meeting of the committee will be held in March at the AOHC office. We will begin with one face-to-face meeting, followed by conference calls. This is a relatively short term commitment! If you are willing to serve, please let Penny know.
• We need physicians who are willing to help plan Medical Director's University. If you are a physician or if your medical director would be interested in helping, please let Penny know. 

The first meeting will be Friday, March 8 around 1 pm (after Public Affairs).

Do you have any salary-and-benefit-specific suggestions for this year's Salary Survey?  Email Beth to submit your suggestions. Are you willing to participate on the Advisory Committee that determines the final content and assists in reviewing the final reports?
