Sanitarian Registration Program Licensure Renewals - from Gene Philips

The Sanitarian Registration Program at ODH would like to take this opportunity to remind all licensees that the January 31st renewal period is rapidly approaching.  Please take this opportunity to renew your license early to avoid any potential issues that you may encounter with the eLicense system.

Additionally, ODH is strongly encouraging current eLicense system users to log into the licensure portal and make note of their current user ID (email) and password.  If you do not remember your current password, please contact Stephanie Youst to assist you with password resets through January 19th at 5:00 pm.

The current eLicensing system will be down for maintenance from 6 pm January 19, 2018 through 8 am on January 22, 2018.  Effective January 22, 2018 at 8 am, the Ohio Department of Administrative Services will implement system enhancements to the current eLicensing portal.  Enhancements include the need for licensees to create a new OH|ID account to use the eLicense portal.  Your username and password will be necessary to create a new OH|ID account once enhancements are completed.

ODH is encouraging all users to go to the eLicense site and ensure that you can get into the system and make any needed adjustments before the end of the renewal period.  The eLicense site can be accessed by going to the following link and clicking on the Ohio eLicense Portal on the left menu bar.

If you are not able to remember your current password or need assistance resetting your password, please contact Stephanie Youst at (614) 466-1772.  Stephanie will not be able to assist with password resets after 5:00 pm on January 19th.

The eLicense system is not compatible with Explorer, so please make sure you are using Chrome or Firefox web browsers any time you attempt to log in and use your account.
