The Ross County Health District is currently seeking candidates for the position of Community Health Specialist II within the Division of Health Promotion and Quality Improvement, to serve as the grant coordinator for RCHD’s Bureau of Justice Assistance COAP Grant.

Position Responsibilities: The Community Health Specialist II will plan and implement collaborations to help establish a multi-sector data collection system and data sharing network to support data-driven responses to emerging drug threats in Ross County. The Community Health Specialist II will collaborate with local law enforcement, health care systems, behavioral health systems, non-profit organizations, and community partners in development of the data system. The Community Health Specialist II will work effectively with RCHD team members, including leadership staff and Data Analyst I in implementation of program initiatives. The Community Health Specialist II is a grant funded position.
