Public Health – Dayton & Montgomery County

POSITION AVAILABLE
Position: Intern II                   
Department: Special Services
Office: Environmental Health
Posting Date: February 15, 2019          
Hours: Temporary Full-time, M - F 8 am - 4:30 pm (For 10 weeks; May include some evenings and weekends)
Starting Salary: $12.86/hour  

Minimum Qualifications:

• College or University student working toward a Bachelor’s Degree in an Environmental Health or Related Program
• Current valid Ohio driver’s license & access to a motor vehicle

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Under immediate supervision, the incumbent will assist in the mosquito control/surveillance program and may participate in General Services Programs such as inspections of restaurants and grocery stores, swimming pools, hotels, schools.
• Assignments to special projects in other program areas may be made on an as needed basis
